*This service can be booked as a standalone or as an add-on to your full TruBody Massage session. A TruBody Massage includes standard stretching at the discernment of the therapist, especially following a trigger point release. This option, however, is a 30min session devoted only to assisted stretching: Passive stretching, resistance stretching, Thai Massage, sports massage, and targeted-muscle compression+extension. Client will remain clothed but is expected to where flexible, sports attire. If booked as an add-on client will re-dress after the massage portion. Therapist works only within the client's physical threshold, and will perform no high-velocity movements.

Using only real, quality essential oils of your preference, experience your TruBody Massage with the added rejuvenation of quality aromatics to help you relax and melt, and then to wrap the session up feeling invigorated and energized (unless you prefer to stay zen'd out). Option to request topically on safe areas or aromatically only. Sense of smell has an incredibly powerful effect on the nervous system. Along with repeated aromatherapy sessions will entrain your mind and body to create a state to relax and receive your massage, allowing for enhanced healing results. Different scents used will be confirmed for your approval before usage before the session begins.
